Believe it or not, the roots of this 11,000-square-foot modern space stem from a start-up operation in a two-car garage. Three Petals founder Catherine Chu’s sister was getting married, and the thought of gifting a blender or dining set would not suffice for the young creative. Instead, Cat conceptualized and produced the wedding’s design elements, from the seat covers to flowers to the party favors.
