Circus Themed Party

Circus Themed Party

When was the last time you went to a carnival party? With help from our sister company, Three Petals, a carny soiree was born. A night filled with chatter and laughter. Games, tickets, prizes! A modern take on the perpetual classic circus. The decor, down to the very last detail, transformed our "blank canvas" into a festive indoor carnival. This truly was a team effort! A shout out must be given to our photographer, Fidel Gomez, from Golden Stillz for capturing the ambiance all while manning our Ring Toss booth. Our MC, Joey Tran, was full of energy and just great overall to work with. Exactly, what you're looking for in a MC. We've worked with VOX DJs in the past, and the company overall is awesome. We had Nick Messerly as the DJ of the night; He did not disappoint and kept the attendees on their feet. A shout out to Bart's Cart for the snacks and game rentals! Lastly, to RWB for the party props.

Project Hope Alliance 4th Annual ANTIGALA

What a humbling experience. It's always fun seeing VENUE change from event to event, but this was another story! To tell you a little bit about their story, here's a little bit of information:

"Project Hope Alliance is a purpose-driven organization with twin goals: lifting needful families up from homelessness and eliminating obstacles that prevent homeless children from attending and excelling in school. We have two main programs to achieve those goals—our Family Stability Program and our Education Program. Since 2012, we have moved more than 800 children and parents out of homelessness. Currently, Project Hope Alliance supports more than 400 children attending 91 different schools in 31 cities throughout Orange County."

This event was such a successful hit! This organization took no shortcuts in hosting this event. With the help of event planner Stephanie from The Fashionable Event, they were able to lock down Jakob Dylan of The Wallflowers! How great is that?!

Fine Art Photo Gala

Here at Venue, we are more than happy to assist our clients with their layout. This was such a novel experience for Venue and we loved it! This collective of talented photographers approached us and had asked us to help them transform the space into an interactive art gallery. It could not have turned out better. Check out the photos below for some highlights of the night.

Ashley's 16th!

After months of planning, Ashley's special day couldn't have come any sooner. This event is gonna be the talk of the century for Ashley and her friends! Three Petals never ceases to amaze us, the birthday girl gave them a vision, and I think its safe to say they blew it out of the water! Who said dry events couldn't be fun? Ashley's friends and family arrived in class, wearing all white, they brought the roof down and partied the night away! Check out pictures below for a party fully equipped with a floral inspired photobooth, boba bar, candy table, and a surprise guest appearance from "Box of Beats", amazingly talented beatboxer!

HBHS Holiday Boutique

Seasons Greetings! This year we were presented the opportunity to host Huntington Beach High School's Annual Holiday Boutique and it was too fun! The Huntington Beach High School Foundation did a fantastic job gathering all sorts of different vendors to showcase their product and raise some money for the school. Check out the festive photos below:

Ceremony Magazine

For the last few years, Three Petals has had a feature in Ceremony Magazine. Last year, one of our bouquet's was even featured on the cover! This year, they were able to join forces with us here at Venue and feature both businesses. The designers put together two tablescapes for their audience. The first one was a beautiful "country chic" tablescape displayed in front of Venue's living wall and the second look was what we'd like to call a "modern garden". Check out the photos below!

Happy 60th Birthday!

Happy 60th Birthday!

Upon initially meeting Renee Elise (Coordinator) for our walk-through of Venue and hearing her vision for this Mt. Everest themed birthday party, I knew it was going to be something that we've never seen before. As her vision came to life, we were blown away with the final product. There was no detail that was overlooked when planning this event for such an inspirational birthday boy, Mike Gibbons! To give you a bit of a back story, Mike Gibbons has climbed the 7 summits of the world, including Everest… Twice! To pay tribute to this amazing talent Renee recreated Mt. Everest's base camp at Venue. Starting with a Nepal themed entrance, leading up to tents stationed with the Base Camp sequence progression paired with elevation level printed onto the floor. From there the guests were transitioned to a Museum filled with Gibbon's rock climbing gear, clippings of articles that document his journey, and various pieces of memorabilia from his excursions. To top it all off, the food was phenomenal! Hors d'oeuvres were provided and themed to match the setting of the station that it was at. The guests finished off the night with fresh baked chocolate-chip cookies paired with ice cold milk shots out of a the Mt. Everest ice sculpture. What a night!

Aya's Debut

Aya's Debut

Traditionally in the Philippines, on one's 18th Birthday, a Filipino girl hosts a large party complete with her own hand-picked entourage of 18 individuals. Venue was lucky enough to host Aya Morales' debut here! Everything from the color-scheme to the food was phenomenal. Thanks to Wilmarose of Lovely Jubilee Event Design, the night's agenda was seamless. Starting with Aya's entourage performance, transcending to dinner with a show, and ending with dessert and dancing!

Jack's SurfBoards Holiday Party

Jack's SurfBoards Holiday Party

If you thought your job was cool, meet Jack's Surfboards.  At a holiday party held here at the Venue, the company treated their employees to a night of dancing, drinking, and raffle prizes (read: wet suits, Disney passes, cash prizes, and various pieces of surf gear).

Guests came from near and far, ranging from LA County and branched out to San Clemente. To ensure everyone had a good time, party busses were on hand to transport some back to the farther cities. Oh, also three words: Unlimited. Taco. Stand.

So, uh, how do we apply to work here?
